This card, Zhur-Taa Ancient, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and efficiently, such as a ramp or mana acceleration deck. It can greatly increase the amount of mana available to the player and enable them to cast powerful spells earlier in the game. While there may be other cards that provide similar effects, Zhur-Taa Ancient's ability to generate additional mana for any type produced by lands tapped makes it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks.
