About Wall of Shards

Wall of Shards, Snow creature — wall, designed by Alex Horley-Orlandelli first released in Jul, 2006 in the set Coldsnap and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

This Wall of Shards card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stalling the game and gaining incremental advantages. While it provides a solid defensive option with flying and cumulative upkeep, the downside of giving your opponent life can be mitigated in a deck that can capitalize on the board stall and potentially outvalue the opponent in the long run. However, there are likely better options available for similar roles in a deck, such as Wall of Omens or Wall of Blossoms, which do not have the drawback of giving your opponent life and provide additional card advantage. Overall, while Wall of Shards may have niche applications, it may not be the optimal choice for most competitive decks.

Rules
