About Conclave Tribunal
Conclave Tribunal, Enchantment, designed by Seb McKinnon first released in Oct, 2018 in the set Guilds of Ravnica and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Brawl.
A white-based control or midrange deck would benefit from including Conclave Tribunal as it provides removal for a nonland permanent while also potentially being cast for a reduced cost with convoke. However, there are stronger removal options available in formats like Modern or Pioneer, such as Path to Exile or Declaration in Stone, which may be more efficient choices depending on the deck's strategy and the metagame. Conclave Tribunal could still see play in Standard or Limited formats where the card pool is more limited.
