About That Which Was Taken

That Which Was Taken, Legendary artifact, designed by Adam Rex first released in Feb, 2005 in the set Betrayers of Kamigawa and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.

This card would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on protecting key permanents and creating a resilient board state. While That Which Was Taken can provide indestructible to multiple permanents, it may be too slow and mana-intensive for competitive play compared to more efficient options like Darksteel Forge or Avacyn, Angel of Hope. However, in a casual or themed deck centered around indestructible permanents, That Which Was Taken could definitely see play for its unique and flavorful effect.
