About Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning, Sorcery, designed by Zhang Jiazhen first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 15 different ways.

This card, Strategic Planning, would benefit a deck that focuses on graveyard interactions, such as a self-mill deck or a reanimator strategy. While it can help dig for key cards, there are better options like Thought Scour or Chart a Course that offer more immediate value or card selection. Strategic Planning could see play in more casual or budget decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient options.

Rules

10/01/09

If there are fewer than three cards in your library, you look at all of them, put one of them into your hand, and put the rest into your graveyard.
