Shardless Outlander could be beneficial in a ramp deck that aims to quickly get to 7 mana and then use its basic landcycling ability to find additional lands to ensure consistent mana production. However, there are likely better options for a 7-mana artifact creature in most competitive decks, such as Wurmcoil Engine or Sundering Titan, which offer more impactful abilities. Shardless Outlander may not see much play in high-level competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its high cost and relatively modest abilities compared to other options available.
