A deck that focuses on a high density of creature cards and permanent cards would benefit most from Selvala's Stampede, as it allows for rapid deployment of threats onto the battlefield. However, other cards like Tooth and Nail or Genesis Wave may offer more consistent and powerful effects for similar mana costs, making Selvala's Stampede less competitive in more optimized decks. Still, for a casual or thematic deck centered around creature and permanent synergy, Selvala's Stampede could be a fun and flavorful inclusion.
