Rathi Trapper, Creature — human rebel rogue, designed by Pete Venters first released in Feb, 2007 in the set Planar Chaos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Rathi Trapper would fit well in a control or midrange deck that focuses on creature removal and board control, particularly in black-centric strategies that can take advantage of its ability to tap down opposing creatures. While there are other cards that can perform similar functions, such as Fallen Angel or Sorcerer's Wand for more versatility, Rathi Trapper's low cost and ability to be activated repeatedly make it a solid choice in decks that can generate black mana consistently. Overall, it can see play in specific builds, especially in formats where creature-based strategies are prevalent, but there may be stronger options depending on the meta.
