About Nightsnare

Nightsnare, Sorcery, designed by Min Yum first released in Jul, 2015 in the set Magic Origins.

Nightsnare would fit well in a discard or control deck that seeks to disrupt opponents' strategies by forcing them to lose key cards from their hand, particularly in formats where hand size is crucial. Decks that utilize synergies with discard effects, such as those featuring cards like Liliana of the Veil or Thoughtseize, could benefit significantly from Nightsnare's ability to selectively remove threats. While there are stronger options like Hymn to Tourach, which can discard two random cards without giving the opponent a choice, Nightsnare still has its merits and can see play in specific builds focused on hand disruption, especially in casual or midrange formats.

Rules

06/22/15
