About Mortivore

Mortivore, Creature — lhurgoyf, designed by Anthony S. Waters first released in Oct, 2001 in the set Odyssey and was printed exactly in 11 different ways.

A deck that focuses on graveyard interactions, such as a reanimator or self-mill strategy, would benefit from using Mortivore in Magic: the Gathering. While Mortivore's power and toughness can potentially grow to be quite large in the late game, there are other cards like Tarmogoyf or Gurmag Angler that may offer more consistent value for a similar mana cost, making Mortivore less likely to see play in competitive decks unless specifically tailored to maximize its potential.
