This Lightning Skelemental card would be a great fit for a Rakdos Aggro or Midrange deck looking to apply pressure and disrupt the opponent's hand. While its ability to make the opponent discard cards can be powerful, there are other cards like Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, which offer a more consistent and long-lasting disruptive effect. Lightning Skelemental could still see play in specific aggressive strategies that aim to close out the game quickly.
