This Lapis Orb of Dragonkind would be a great addition to a Dragon tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing ramp and card selection for casting powerful Dragon creatures. While it is a unique and flavorful card, there are more efficient options like Sol Ring or Chromatic Lantern that provide better mana acceleration and fixing. However, for thematic purposes or casual play, the Lapis Orb could definitely see some fun and flavorful use in a Dragon-focused deck.
