About Inner Sanctum

Inner Sanctum, Enchantment, designed by D. Alexander Gregory first released in Jun, 1997 in the set Weatherlight.

This card would be beneficial in a white control deck that focuses on protecting creatures and maintaining board presence. While Inner Sanctum provides a strong effect by preventing all damage to creatures you control, there are potentially better options such as Worship or Avacyn, Angel of Hope that offer similar protection without the life payment drawback.
