About Detention Sphere

Detention Sphere, Enchantment, designed by Kev Walker first released in May, 2020 in the set Return to Ravnica and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Commander and Duel Commander.

Detention Sphere is a versatile card that can be beneficial in control decks looking to efficiently deal with multiple threats on the board. While it is a strong choice for decks focusing on removal and disruption, other cards like Teferi, Time Raveler or Supreme Verdict may offer more specific or powerful effects depending on the deck's strategy. Detention Sphere can be a valuable inclusion in decks that require flexible removal options and can be particularly effective against decks with multiple copies of the same threatening permanent.
