Chime of Night, Enchantment — aura, designed by Pete Venters first released in Jun, 1999 in the set Urza's Destiny.
This card, Chime of Night, would be beneficial in a black control deck that focuses on removal and disruption. While it can be a useful way to take out a nonblack creature when it goes to the graveyard, there are more efficient removal spells available in Magic: The Gathering that may be better suited for competitive play, such as Fatal Push or Murder. Chime of Night could still see play in more casual or thematic decks that aim to utilize its unique effect.
