Bullwhip, Artifact, designed by Brom first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold.
This card could be beneficial in a deck focused on controlling the board by forcing opponent creatures to attack and potentially eliminating them with the damage dealt by Bullwhip. However, there are better options like Sword of Fire and Ice, which not only deals damage but also draws you a card and protects your own creatures. Overall, while Bullwhip can have its niche uses, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play in Magic: the Gathering.

If the creature can attack, it must. If it cannot, then nothing happens.
