Brimstone Dragon, Creature — dragon, designed by David A. Cherry first released in Jun, 1998 in the set Portal Second Age and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
The Brimstone Dragon would be a great fit in a red aggressive deck looking to quickly close out the game with its flying and haste abilities. However, in competitive Magic: The Gathering, there are stronger options such as Thundermaw Hellkite or Glorybringer that offer more impactful abilities for a similar mana cost. While Brimstone Dragon could be fun in a casual deck, it may not see much play in more competitive settings due to its lack of versatility compared to other dragon options.
