A deck that focuses on creature removal and combat tricks would benefit from including Atzocan Archer, as it provides a versatile option for dealing with opposing threats while also serving as a solid blocker with reach. However, there are more efficient cards like Rabid Bite or Prey Upon that offer similar effects at a lower cost, making them better choices for decks looking for targeted removal. Atzocan Archer could still see play in decks that value its flexibility and tribal synergies, but may not be a top pick in more competitive environments.
