Netflix has released the trailer for Lupin Part 4, which premieres on October 23, with Omar Sy returning as Assane Diop. The new episodes pick up the story four years after the previous part ended.

The footage shows Assane trapped inside a glass box while another figure claiming to be Lupin appears to be operating freely. Police begin searching for those involved, while the protagonist once again relies on disguises and elaborate plans to throw off those trying to find him.

In the new chapter, Assane wants to serve his sentence and keep the promise he made to his son: to travel to Senegal to reunite with his family. That plan changes when a mysterious announcement signed by Lupin reveals that several museums will be targeted in simultaneous heists.

The possible existence of a new Lupin puts Assane at the center of a new threat. The trailer suggests that the battle over the famous thief's identity will be one of the season's central conflicts.

Alongside Sy, the cast of Lupin Part 4 includes Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab, Shirine Boutella, Théo Christine and Laïka Blanc-Francard. George Kay created the series in collaboration with François Uzan, with contributions from Marie Roussin, Florent Meyer and Tigran Rosine.

Edouard Salier, Everardo Gout and Hugo Gélin direct the new part, produced by Gaumont with Carrousel Studios involved. The series is inspired by the work and character of Arsène Lupin, created by Maurice Leblanc.
