Fuze, an action thriller starring Theo James and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, ranks first among Prime Video’s most-watched titles. The film is set in contemporary London, where the discovery of a World War II bomb brings activity at a busy construction site to a halt.

Because the device failed to detonate, authorities must organize a mass evacuation of the city. The crisis creates an opportunity for a daring criminal operation: a group uses the disruption caused by the emergency as cover for a meticulously planned heist.

The story follows the escalating tension as authorities race against time to contain the threat. In the process, alliances unravel and the characters cross moral boundaries. The film also relies on a series of carefully calculated twists to drive the action forward.

Theo James plays one of the lead roles alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The cast also includes Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Sam Worthington. James is known for The Gentlemen, while Taylor-Johnson was part of the cast of The Fall Guy.

David Mackenzie, director of the series Under the Banner of Heaven and the feature film Hell or High Water, is at the helm of the project. Filming is scheduled to begin in July this year.

The production combines the threat of an unexploded bomb with the planning of a heist, placing a public emergency and the criminals’ interests within the same narrative. Fuze tops the list of Prime Video’s most-watched titles as the project prepares to begin filming.
