Phalanx Leader, Creature — human soldier, designed by Raymond Swanland first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
A deck that focuses on casting multiple spells targeting its own creatures would benefit from including Phalanx Leader, particularly in a white-based aggressive strategy with a lot of low-cost spells. While there may be more powerful cards that offer similar effects, Phalanx Leader's ability to scale up the entire board quickly can be quite impactful in the right deck. Whether or not it should see play depends on the specific deck and strategy being utilized.
