This card, Paragon of Gathering Mists, would be a great addition to a blue tribal deck focused on creatures, especially ones with flying. It can boost the power of other blue creatures and provide evasion with its ability to grant flying. While there may be more powerful options available, such as Lord of Atlantis or Master of the Pearl Trident for Merfolk tribal decks, Paragon of Gathering Mists could still see play in decks looking to enhance their blue creature synergy and strategies.
