This card, Leeching Bite, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on creature combat and manipulation, such as a green-black aggro or midrange deck. While it provides a temporary boost to one creature and weakens another, there are potentially better options like Abrupt Decay or Assassin's Trophy that offer more versatile removal. However, Leeching Bite could still see play in specific strategies that require targeted creature buffs and debuffs to gain a tactical advantage in combat situations.
