This card would be a great fit in a Selesnya or Bant deck that focuses on a low-power creature strategy, as it provides card advantage when attacking with creatures with power 1 or less. While Rigo, Streetwise Mentor offers unique card draw potential, there are stronger options like Mentor of the Meek or Tymna the Weaver that may be more efficient in similar decks. However, if the deck is specifically built around the power 1 or less theme, Rigo could definitely see play as a valuable card draw engine.
