Beguiler of Wills, Creature — human wizard, designed by Eric Deschamps first released in Feb, 2012 in the set Dark Ascension.
This card, Beguiler of Wills, would be a great addition to a deck focused on creature control and manipulation in Magic: the Gathering. It works well in a deck that aims to have a high creature count to maximize its ability to steal opposing creatures. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Beguiler of Wills stands out for its potential to swing the game in your favor by taking control of key threats on the board. It should definitely see play in decks looking to dominate the battlefield through creature manipulation.

In order to activate the ability, you must be able to target a creature with power less than or equal to the number of creatures you control. The comparison is made again when the ability resolves. If the power is greater than the number of creatures you control at that time, the target is illegal and the ability doesn’t resolve.
