Disney will re-release Avengers: Endgame in Brazilian theaters on September 24. The new run will be titled Avengers: Endgame – Encore and will bring the 2019 film back to the big screen.

IMAX screenings and theaters bearing the Infinity Vision label will feature a special introduction, additional scenes and an exclusive sequence after the film ends. The extra content will also include a preview of Avengers: Doctor Doom, Marvel Studios' next production.

Infinity Vision is not a projection technology created for Marvel films. The name identifies premium large-format theaters, known by the acronym PLF, that meet Disney's image, screen and sound standards.

To earn certification, theaters must have large screens, laser projection with greater brightness and sharpness, and premium audio. Unlike IMAX, which combines its own projection, sound, aspect-ratio and theater-construction technologies, Infinity Vision is a label applied to existing premium theaters. As a result, the experience may vary among certified chains.

In Brazil, the list of theaters includes locations in São Paulo, Campinas, São Bernardo do Campo and Barueri; Rio de Janeiro; Rio Branco; Maceió; Manaus; Cuiabá; João Pessoa; Curitiba, Londrina and Ponta Grossa; Teresina; Natal; Porto Alegre; Porto Velho; Boa Vista; Florianópolis, Balneário Camboriú and Joinville. Worldwide, there are now more than 300 certified theaters, including more than 75 in the United States.

Cinemark has also confirmed a collectible bucket to mark the return of Avengers: Endgame. The item will go on sale on September 23 for R$ 299, replicating Iron Man's helmet and displaying the phrase “I love you 3000” in LED lights, spoken by Tony Stark to Morgan in the film.
