Stranger Comics has raised US$67,958 through its crowdfunding campaign for NIOBE: A World Divided #1 + NIOBE & DURA Hardcover. The total so far is more than six times its US$10,000 goal. The campaign has 228 backers and remains open until November 23, 2026. The official Kickstarter campaign was launched by the Los Angeles, California-based studio.The project includes a deluxe omnibus graphic novel, a new NIOBE comic and D&D TTRPG content. According to the campaign page, the material will serve as source material for a NIOBE anime short film.Rewards include digital options starting at US$10, with NIOBE & DURA #4 and NIOBE: A WORLD DIVIDED #1 delivered as DRM-free PDFs. For US$24, backers receive e-books of the NIOBE & DURA collection, comprising issues #1 through #4, as well as the NIOBE: A WORLD DIVIDED #1 e-book.Physical rewards start at US$20 and include editions of NIOBE & DURA #4 or NIOBE: A WORLD DIVIDED #1 with covers signed by artists Sheldon Mitchell, Marthinus van Rooyen, Marcus Williams, Caanan White and Tehani Farr. The edition of NIOBE: A WORLD DIVIDED #1 featuring van Rooyen’s art is in black and white and reads from right to left, like traditional manga. Rewards are expected to ship in January or February 2027, depending on the option selected.
