Dragon Ball Super: Beerus premieres in Brazil on October 11, with a simultaneous release in Japan on Crunchyroll. The anime will also be available on Netflix starting October 17, six days after its initial broadcast.

The first episode will arrive on Crunchyroll with Japanese audio and Portuguese subtitles. On Netflix, episodes will be added weekly, beginning with the premiere on Saturday, October 17. Crunchyroll's announced release date is Sunday, October 11.

The new production revisits the beginning of Dragon Ball Super, the anime originally released in 2015, with changes that go beyond a remaster. The story has been rebuilt and includes redesigned and previously unseen scenes, newly recorded performances from the Japanese cast, and audio improvements. The Brazilian dub has not yet been confirmed.

The story follows the awakening of Beerus, the God of Destruction. In search of the mysterious Super Saiyan God, he crosses paths with Goku, and Earth becomes the setting for a new confrontation between the two.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus also aims to present these events in a way that is closer to Akira Toriyama's original ideas. The Brazilian premiere begins on Crunchyroll on October 11; on Netflix, the anime is scheduled to arrive on the 17th, with weekly episodes.
