Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus lineup for August 2026, with games for Essential, Extra and Premium subscribers. Highlights include Helldivers 2, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition.Helldivers 2 will be added to the PS Plus Extra catalog on August 12, with a PS5 version. The cooperative multiplayer shooter already boasts a player base of millions and marks the first PlayStation title to join the service.On August 18, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will join the PS5 game catalog. The medieval RPG will be released alongside Vampire Survivors, which will be available for PS4 and PS5 on the same date.The Essential plan will include Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition among its monthly games for August. The title will be available from August 4 to 31 and combines parkour action with zombie survival in an open world.The selection also includes independent titles. Big Walk, for PS5, offers a cooperative puzzle adventure, while Signalis, on PS4, delivers a sci-fi survival horror experience inspired by classic games.The Extra and Premium catalogs will receive more games on August 25: Hell Is Us and Two Point Museum, both for PS5, as well as Metro Exodus, Dying Light 2 and Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash, for PS4.Premium subscribers will gain access to two classics on August 18. Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams represents the PS2 era, while Atlantis: The Lost Empire is a PS1 game based on the classic Disney animated film.The update will also see games leave the service. Nine titles will be removed from PlayStation Plus on August 18, including Dead Island 2 and Unicorn Overlord. Sony said it will announce the Essential plan's monthly games for September on August 26.
