About Rune-Cervin Rider

Rune-Cervin Rider, Creature — elf knight, designed by Dan Murayama Scott first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor.

This Rune-Cervin Rider card would be a great addition to a Selesnya (Green/White) deck in Magic: The Gathering, especially in a deck focused on aggressive strategies and creature buffs. While the ability to pump its power and toughness with {G/W}{G/W} is useful, there are potentially better options like Knight of Autumn or Wilt-Leaf Liege that offer more versatile abilities and impact on the board. However, if the deck is looking for a flying creature with some combat tricks, Rune-Cervin Rider could still see play in certain situations.
