Rook Turret would be great in an artifact-heavy Commander deck looking to generate card advantage. While it has potential in decks like Breya or Sharuum, there are better cards like Sai, Master Thopterist and Vedalken Archmage that offer more consistent card draw without the downside of having to discard a card. However, Rook Turret could still find a home in more casual artifact-themed decks looking for additional ways to draw cards and trigger artifact synergies.
