About Remembrance

Remembrance, Enchantment, designed by Val Mayerik first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga.

This card, Remembrance, would be beneficial in a deck focused on creature recursion and redundancy, allowing you to consistently retrieve key creatures from your library when they die. Decks that rely on specific creatures with powerful abilities or synergies would find value in including Remembrance. However, in more competitive and fast-paced environments, there may be better options for card advantage and graveyard recursion, such as cards like Eternal Witness or Regrowth, which offer more flexibility and immediate impact.

Rules

03/01/10

If a card which is a creature only due to an effect goes to the graveyard, you can search for another copy of that card even though the card in your library won’t be a creature card.

10/04/04

If a copy card goes to the graveyard under this effect, you get to look for another copy of the card it was copying. This is because a copy card actually takes on the name and initial characteristics of what it copies.
