This card, Recall, would be beneficial in a control or combo deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and card advantage. However, there are better alternatives like Regrowth or Snapcaster Mage that provide similar effects more efficiently. While Recall may have niche uses in certain strategies, it may not see widespread play due to its high mana cost and the availability of more versatile options in the current Magic: the Gathering card pool.

You don’t discard cards until Recall resolves. If you don’t have X cards in your hand at that time, you discard all the cards in your hand.
