Obelisk of Urd, Artifact, designed by John Severin Brassell first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic 2015 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be beneficial in tribal decks that focus on a specific creature type, such as Goblins, Elves, or Merfolk, as it provides a significant boost to all creatures of that type. While Obelisk of Urd is a solid choice for tribal strategies, there are potentially better options like Coat of Arms or Door of Destinies that offer similar effects with potentially greater impact. However, Obelisk of Urd can still be a strong inclusion in tribal decks looking to maximize their creature synergies and should see play in decks that can take advantage of its abilities effectively.

If a creature you control has a mana ability with in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell’s costs. You won’t be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.
