This Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker card would be a great fit for a control deck that focuses on disrupting your opponent's board state and hand while also having the potential to finish off the game with its ultimate ability. However, in the current Magic: The Gathering meta, there are more efficient and versatile planeswalker cards available, such as Teferi, Time Raveler or Jace, the Mind Sculptor, that might see more play due to their immediate impact on the game and overall power level.
