Mogis's Favor, Enchantment — aura, designed by Uriah Voth first released in Jan, 2020 in the set Theros Beyond Death and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Mogis's Favor would be beneficial in a Black aggro or sacrifice deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a power boost to a creature at the cost of reducing its toughness. While it can be useful in certain situations, there are potentially better cards like Dead Weight or Mire's Grasp that offer similar effects with added benefits, making Mogis's Favor less likely to see play in competitive decks.

After an escaped spell resolves, it returns to its owner’s graveyard if it’s not a permanent spell. If it is a permanent spell, it enters the battlefield and will return to its owner’s graveyard if it dies later. Perhaps it will escape again—good underworld security is so hard to come by these days.
