This card would be a great addition to a deck focused on +1/+1 counters, such as a Simic or Bant deck in Magic: the Gathering. It synergizes well with cards that can put +1/+1 counters on creatures easily, like Hardened Scales or Winding Constrictor. While Herald of Secret Streams has a unique ability, there are potentially better cards like Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or Prime Speaker Zegana that offer more versatility and impact on the game. However, Herald of Secret Streams could still see play in the right deck that can take advantage of its unblockable ability effectively.
