Delirium Skeins, Sorcery, designed by Aleksi Briclot first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and resources, such as a discard or control deck, would benefit from using Delirium Skeins. While Delirium Skeins can be effective in certain situations, there are more efficient and powerful cards like Liliana of the Veil or Thoughtseize that offer better hand disruption options. However, Delirium Skeins can still be a viable choice in specific strategies that aim to deplete the opponent's hand quickly, especially in formats where more powerful options are not available.

When Delirium Skeins resolves, first the player whose turn it is chooses three cards to discard, then each other player in turn order chooses three cards to discard, then all of those cards are discarded simultaneously. No one sees what the other players are discarding before deciding which cards to discard.
