Caldera Lake, Land, designed by Allen Williams first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Caldera Lake would be beneficial in a deck that needs both colorless mana and access to blue and red mana sources, such as a control deck with a splash of red for removal or burn spells. However, the drawback of dealing 1 damage to you might be too costly in certain matchups, making it less optimal compared to other dual lands like Steam Vents or Shivan Reef which provide the same colors without the life loss, so it may not see much play in competitive decks.
