This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on Treefolk and Shaman creatures, allowing you to reduce the cost of casting those spells. However, in more competitive settings, there are better options like Priest of Titania which can generate more mana or Elvish Archdruid which provides a similar cost reduction for all elves. Bosk Banneret could still see play in casual or themed decks, but may not be as effective in highly competitive environments.
