A deck focused on aggressive strategies, such as a red aggro or burn deck, would benefit from including Battle Rampart as it can provide temporary haste to a key creature for additional damage output. However, there are better options available in the format, such as Lightning Bolt or Goblin Guide, which offer more immediate impact and versatility. Battle Rampart may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited utility compared to other cards available.
