This card, Screams from Within, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the board by weakening opponent's creatures and recurring enchantments. While it offers a recurring presence on the battlefield, there are stronger options like Animate Dead or Necromancy for graveyard recursion and -1/-1 effects. However, in a deck specifically built around enchantments and graveyard interactions, Screams from Within could find a niche role and see play as a versatile tool for disrupting opponents and maintaining board presence.

If another player has gained control of Screams from Within, its triggered ability does nothing when it’s put into a graveyard. Cards are always put into their owner’s graveyard, but Screams from Within’s ability looks for the card only in its controller’s graveyard.
