Overwhelming Encounter, Sorcery, designed by Darek Zabrocki first released in May, 2022 in the set Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, such as a Green stompy deck or a Gruul midrange deck, would benefit from using Overwhelming Encounter in Magic: the Gathering. While it provides a powerful boost to your creatures, there are better cards available for similar effects, such as Overrun or Craterhoof Behemoth, which offer more impactful and consistent bonuses. Overwhelming Encounter could see play in casual or budget decks, but in competitive settings, more efficient options are likely preferred.
