Doomed Dissenter would be a good fit for a black sacrifice deck that focuses on generating value from creatures dying. While it can provide a decent blocker and a token upon death, there are stronger cards like Bloodghast or Gravecrawler that offer more consistent value in sacrifice decks. Doomed Dissenter could see play in budget decks or as a filler card until better options are available.
