Altar of the Pantheon, Artifact, designed by Jonas De Ro first released in Jan, 2020 in the set Theros Beyond Death and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Altar of the Pantheon would be beneficial in a multicolor deck that relies on a variety of colored mana sources and has legendary enchantments or god cards in play. While it can help ramp up mana fixing and provide a small life gain bonus, there are potentially better mana-fixing options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Chromatic Lantern or Arcane Signet, which offer more consistent and powerful effects. Whether Altar of the Pantheon should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck in question.
01/24/20
The last ability of Altar of the Pantheon is a mana ability. It doesn’t use the stack and can’t be responded to. You’ll immediately add mana to your mana pool and gain 1 life, if applicable.
01/24/20
Your devotion to two colors (for example, your devotion to red and green) is increased by one, not by two or three.
