A red aggressive deck that focuses on quick creature-based strategies would benefit from using Violent Urge, particularly in a deck that can easily achieve Delirium to grant double strike. While Violent Urge is a solid card for providing combat advantages, there are potentially better options like Temur Battle Rage or Assault Strobe that offer similar effects with more impactful results, making Violent Urge less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
