Thalia's Lieutenant is a powerful card that would benefit a Human tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it synergizes well with other Human creatures by providing a boost to them when it enters the battlefield and gaining counters whenever another Human enters. While there may be other strong options depending on the deck's strategy, Thalia's Lieutenant's ability to grow and support a Human-focused strategy makes it a solid choice for inclusion in such a deck.
