This card, Soul Barrage, would be beneficial in a control Warlock deck that focuses on board control and dealing damage to the opponent's minions. However, there are better cards like Hellfire and Abyssal Summoner that provide more consistent board clear and value. Soul Barrage could see situational play in decks looking for additional burst damage, but overall, it may not be a staple card in most Warlock decks.
