Restless Dead, Creature — skeleton, designed by Ian Miller first released in Oct, 1996 in the set Mirage.
Restless Dead would be a great addition to a black-based control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a recurring threat that can regenerate to stay on the battlefield longer. However, there are better options available such as Nether Shadow or Bloodghast, which offer more value and utility in similar decks. Restless Dead may not see much play in competitive settings due to its limited impact compared to other options.
