Nobilis of War, Creature — spirit avatar, designed by Christopher Moeller first released in Jul, 2008 in the set Eventide and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature combat, such as a Boros (Red/White) aggro deck, would benefit from including Nobilis of War. While its cost is high, its ability to boost attacking creatures can quickly turn the tide of a game in your favor. However, in a competitive setting, there are better options available such as Aurelia, the Warleader, which provides a similar effect with additional benefits, making it a more efficient choice for most decks. Overall, Nobilis of War could see play in more casual or budget decks, but in a more competitive environment, other cards may be more optimal choices.

This is a static ability. Attacking creatures you control will get +2/+0 from the moment they’re declared as attackers (or enter the battlefield attacking) until the moment the combat phase ends, they’re removed from combat, or Nobilis of War leaves the battlefield, whichever comes first.
